Students are being trained in language through flash cards, charts, educational CDs, pictures, word proficiency etc..,
The non verbal children are taught phonic sounds, syllable blending, small words etc., to improve their communication skills. The students are also made to learn maths through scientific methods using calculators and other learning materials. These functional Maths sessions, in turn give them benefits of simplified memory transactions.
Time management and planning is imparted through the concept of time.
Real shopping setup exposure, both in theory and practical given by the School to train the Student be familiar with various brands, products, weight, price, manufacturing date etc.
Learning through computer is more interesting to our children because of visual and voice mode.
Our school offers training programmes in fundamentals of computer applications such as MS Office, Data Entry and Basic Internet operations. They also undergo training in Graphics designing courses which includes Photo shop, Illustrator and Coral Draw.
The Data Entry programmes help them extend their service to many companies. The photoshop courses develop their imagination and creativity.
Students who are eligible are being trained to appear for the 10th and 12th examinations conducted by NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling).
Practical oriented subjects are chosen for reducing their theoretical pressure. The School Leaving Certificates of NIOS uplifts their social status and enables them to apply for various jobs.
Lot of children have qualified 10th Std. and 12th Std. so far.
